Lothian Road: Mon - Tue 9am - 7pm, Wed & Fri 9am - 8pm, Thu 8am - 8pm.
Rose Street: Mon - Wed 9am - 6pm, Thu 9am - 8pm, Fri 8am - 6pm.
Edinburgh Airport: Mon 11:30am - 8pm & Tue-Thu 10am - 8pm.
Peebles Hydro: Mon - Fri 9am - 7pm.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Email bookings only; you risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
