Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jul until Tue 30 Sep 2025, Sun - Thu 2:30pm - 4:30pm, Fri - Sat 2:30pm - 5:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Tue 23 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Phone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: Includes an afternoon spritz grazing board with a selection of savoury items; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a sandwich from the panini section of the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Gluten / wheat free options options are not available
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a cocktail each from a set menu. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink or mocktail.
• Table required back after 90 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
