• Voucher is valid from Wed 25 Jun until Tue 30 Sep 2025, Tue - Fri & Sun 12noon - 2.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon, Sat & 1 - 31 Aug 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. Max 1 per table.
• Set lunch menu only; menu subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following dishes: Chirashi set and Omakase nigiri set; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Includes an organic matcha green tea each.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
