• Voucher is valid from Tue 24 Jun until Fri 29 Aug 2025, Mon - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Cults: Mon - Wed 10am - 7pm, Thu 9am - 9pm & Fri 10am - 7pm.
• Lothian Road: Mon - Tue 9am - 7pm, Wed & Fri 9am - 8pm, Thu 8am - 8pm.
• Rose Street: Mon - Wed 9am - 6pm, Thu 9am - 8pm, Fri 8am - 6pm. 
• Edinburgh Airport: Mon 11:30am - 8pm & Tue-Thu 10am - 8pm.
• Peebles Hydro: Mon - Fri 9am - 7pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only; you risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Group bookings are subject to availability. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: 45mins (25min express facial & 20min express manicure).
• Option 2: Treatment duration: 85mins (60min Swedish full body massage & 25min express facial).
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
